I'm getting an Impala!!

Okay, not a real one, but I'm getting a model one when I buy the Season Three Supernatural DVDs. And I know it's pathetic, but I am sooooo excited!! It makes me very happy. I can't wait until Tuesday (Sept. 2nd) when the DVDs come out.

Big Dam Bridge

Marliisa, Heather, Kelsey and I went walking on the Big Dam Bridge today. Not all at the same time though. I was supposed to meet them, but I had alarm clock problems (again). So I showed up late, ended up walking alone b/c I wasn't able to find the other girls and finally caught up with them at Firehouse Subs in Maumelle. But once I finally caught up with them, we had a good time at Firehouse visiting together. I'm still going to have a serious conversation with my alarm clock.

I shoulda been an auditor

I've recently moved to the west side of the office at work. The next day I came into work and found a few goodies on desk. The card welcomed my to the west side ("the best side") signed by the auditors. That's when I decided I should have been an auditor. The tax department never gave me Goldfish. An unfortuate oversight.

List 101 #41 - New Purse

It's the end of an era...okay, maybe not an era, but the end of the Tinkerbell purse. I really liked my Tinkerbell purse. The strap broke though, so I had to buy a new purse. I miss Tink but I really love my new purse. It's bigger without being too bulky. It has three sections so I can compartmentalize. Very nice.

Good-bye Tink. I'll miss you!

My new purse - isn't it cute?!

Supernatural

I love the television show Supernatural. It truly is an amazing show. It has a great story, great acting and great writing. The Trifecta! For those of you who have not had the pleasure of watching this show (poor souls), Supernatural revolves around the lives of two brothers, Dean and Sam Winchester. The show in a nutshell is about the two brothers going around the country protecting others by fighting evil supernatural beings (such as poltergeists, werewolves, vampires, jinns, tricksters, etc). The magic of Supernatural is the brothers' relationship. Dean and Sam are typical brothers who fight, bicker and protect each other. I just love watching the two brothers interact.

The new season (season four) is starting September 18th. Season three is coming out on DVD September 2nd. I already own the first two seasons, and season three is an automatic buy for me. I'm going to try to blog on each new episode this year. I hope I can keep up with it.

House Bunny

Friday I went out on the town with the Dum girls. We had dinner at the Purple Cow and then went to the Rave and saw House Bunny. The movie was better than I expected. It's not very strong on plot (or reality) but it was pretty funny. I would recommend it. CINDERELLA!

List 101 #77 - Guitar Hero

I was first introduced to Guitar Hero it was Christmas. My many male cousins were playing it at my grandmother's house. They let me play, but I didn't get to play long because...well, because they are good and I was not. So since then I've wanted to play it again and get a little better. So when Phom, Sarah and Sara brought the Guitar and Drum Hero when my community group came over to my parents' house, I was very excited. Here was my chance to play again!!

Community group rock band. We'll be going on tour soon.

Here I am practicing my guitar skills. I still suck, but I enjoyed it. Even though I've decided I like real instruments better. I think I'll stick to my piano and clarinet.

I did it. I created a blog. Now we'll see if I actually do anything with it. Right now the purpose of this blog is just to talk about a random assortment of topics. I'm going to put my 101 list on here (thanks Stephanie for introducing me to the idea!), and I'll probably be talking about Supernatural. Because Supernatural is awesome and everyone should be talking about it. =) Other than that, I'm going to just try to get used to blogging.
